Hello! I wonder if it is possible to revoke access to Confluence for JSM agents? I tried to do this by managing users, but this way access to JSM also disappears. We don't want to use Knowledge Base.
You can try this solution here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Any-way-to-disable-Knowledge-Base-from-Jira-Service-Desk/qaq-p/1114478
Or you can also try this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-hide-remove-the-knowledge-base-section-from-servicedesk-project-navigation-sidebar-808488650.html#:~:text=Navigate%20through%20Administration%20Menu%20%3E%20Add,Disable%20this%20module.
Regards
Thanks for your answer and suggestion.
I didn't link any KB to the JSM project. We didn't use the client's portal, only email for requests. And we don't want to pay for Confluence for the exact JSM team=project.
Maybe you have any information on how to disable Confluence for them?
