How to restrict some users to select in approver field?

Hi Team,

In my organization JSM portal, I added the Approvers field, users will select manually their approvers. For example, in one organization, a, b, c, d users are there. 'a' is the only authenticated user to approve requests. If the 'b' raise the request, 'b' select any one of the b, c, d in the approver field, then restrict the approval because they are not eligible to approve the requests. So how to restrict b, c, d users to approve/decline?

Hi Venkat,

I am not aware of a way to restrict who can put users in the Approvers field in a dynamic way like that. You might be able to  with the ScriptRunner Behaviours app, but wouldn't have a lot of hope for that right now.
