How to restrict customers access to specific projects

Hi All,

I want to restrict the customers to dedicated projects.

I have 2 different projects like Project A and Project B, and want to configure like below.

customers who have the access to the portal of Project A, if the customers don't have login he/she can signup the portal and submit the request.( any customers can able to login / signup and submit the request)

where in Project B, customers added by the admin to the service projects only able to access by login to portal and submit the request.
(only restricted who have access to the portal project)

How can I do this?
