How to remove a customer (non manage account)

Hi all,

I am facing some strange situation. 

There is a portal customer I want to remove and I can't.

As this user is not a managed account, it is not possible to remove from the usual ways.

Whan I access the project's menu I can see the customer, but I can do nothing.

When I go go Project Settings ->People and Access, I couldn't find the name of this customers, so I can't remove it.

Do you guys have any ideia what is going on here?

Hello @Jader Peixoto Volkmer 

Project settings → People and access is not the right place.

That area is for project users/agents, not for removing the customer account itself.

So it depends on what exactly you want to remove:

• if you want to remove the customer only from that service project, do it from the project Customers section
• if you want to remove the portal-only customer account from the site completely, do it in Atlassian Administration under the portal-only customers area
