How to "archive" a service in the built-in Services object schema?
We are using the built-in Services object schema to populate our Affected Services for Incidents, Change requests, etc. If I remove a retired service from the schema, it also removes that service from any incidents or change requests that had it listed as an Affected Service.
How can I remove a service without changing the history for Incidents and Change requests? Is there an "archive" function that could hide the service from being selected for new incidents and change requests but leave it visible for existing issues that already have it selected?
