How to prevent a ticket from being opened in duplicate?

I have a project that receives a ticket opening whenever our monitoring finds a bug or an error response.

You need to perform de-dupping outside of JSM as it has no means of assessing duplicates.

As @Jack Brickey mentioned you would need to query the platform first to find similar issues before creating one.

We thought about carrying out the consultation, but similar is not the same as equal

We are creating a task that performs a query that, as long as it does not return the value of x, is repeated, and we want the creation of an item in the project when the first query is performed.
