How can Bulk Connect Tickets be transferred from one asset to another within the same schema?
Is there a method for migrating bulk tickets between assets? Currently, we are working to consolidate asset records by combining them into a single record. However, we would like to ensure the associated tickets are moved accordingly to preserve historical data.

How have you associated your tickets to assets? Do you have a custom Asset Object field in the tickets that you fill in to associate them to assets? Can a ticket be associated to more than one asset?
You could use an Automation Rule to find the tickets associated with one asset and change the value of the custom Asset Object Field to another asset.
