Hi @Paula Dominguez and welcome to the community!

I don't know german, but I would assume this is the CSAT feedback form for customers to rate their help after a ticket has closed?

You can only slightly modify it, meaning you can only change one of the phrases asked. The title and the stars are permanent and not changable.

You can find the settings in your JSM projects settings, under the "Satisfaction settings" category.
