How to migrate from Connectwise to JSM cloud Instance?

Hi team,

We have a plan to move from Connectwise to JSM cloud. Can anyone guide me the process to start and migrate the data. Any documentation or videos can be helpful.

Hi @Hakeem MA welcome to the community.

I did a quick search on the internet and didn't find any direct migration utilities.

Does Connectwise let you export the data into a CSV file?  If so, I found this article from Atlassian Support on importing the data into the cloud.

It gives you the structure for the file in that article. It also suggests importing about 1500 records at a time.

I'm sure there are third parties that could also assist with the migration if you didn't want to manage it yourself.
