How to make the suggested Knowledge Articles to be nomral case?

Hi all, I'm noticing that the knowledge articles that are appearing in the request form are all in caps. For example a Knowledge Article like "Software User Process" will show up as "SOFTWARE USER PROCESS" within there and literally nowhere else not in confluence or in the backend.

Hello @Calvin 

There isn't a native JSM setting that controls the letter casing of suggested article titles on portal forms. Because the titles look correct in Confluence, this is almost certainly a frontend rendering or CSS styling problem in the portal layout itself.

I would recommend testing the form in an incognito window or checking if any custom portal branding apps are altering the style. Definitely avoid renaming your source articles as a workaround; if the uppercase behavior happens consistently, it's best to open a ticket with Atlassian Support and share side-by-side screenshots of the correct Confluence title versus the all-caps portal view.
