How to make minor/major changes in relation to occuring incidents visible in a graphic way in the Da
Hello Community,
Our team is wondering if we can make trends visible in Dashboards.
We want to know if and how its possible to create an overview of possible trends in the relation between the change-schedule and occuring incidents. After a change it's possible there could be incidents regarding those changes. Therefore we want to keep tabs on the trends of those incidents in relation to the changes we do in a visible way.
Possible solutions we thought of:
- A graph; would be the nicest solution with on the X-axis the changes and on the Y-axis the amount of incidents. But we dont see a way to make this possible
- A filter list could be an option as wel. Is it possible to connect minor/major changes to the number of linked incidents and arranging them - for the last month(s)
- Another option?
Does anyone have any experience with making data like this visible with graphs/charts/filters/something else, in Dashboards?
