How to make dynamic templates based on dropdown selection

How can I create a template which includes a drop down. Which depending on what is selected changes the fields below?

For example a forum is for Customer Credit limits the top drop down will be "Is this a new customer?" Yes or No for drop downs but depending on which is selected different fields will generate.

Hi @Joe LoPresto welcome to the community! You're going to want to familiarize yourself with the Forms functionality in JSM

What you described can be done using what are called sections in forms. Below is an example of when a customer selects that their access request is for Tableau then additional fields in sections are shown to the customer.
