How to make a custom shift duration a new model ?

Hi,

In Jira Service Management, we enjoy using on-call features. We can create schedules for our team and multiple rotations.

We use a custom shift duration, the same for all rotations and all teams. Unfortunately, it's not possible to reuse the custom shift duration. I can't find any way to record it on a model. So I must repeat the day and hour configurations. The only way to make it shorter is to duplicate a rotation and reset members.

Does anyone have a tip to manage custom shift durations easier ?
