How to know if a user Send or Save a Form in JSM?

In a portal, a user fulfill a form and need to know how to validate if a user Send or Save a form

If a request is made, that has a form, this form will by default be on the request.

I have a Form which I let it open for edits, and a Status that requires user approval. When the user goes to the portal do see the ticket he/she see a form that could be fulfilled with pieces of information. When the user finishes to enter the information there are 3 options: Cance, Save or Send the form. 

Is there a way to know if the user choose Save or Send?

You can check the status of the form, if it is still open for edit it means that the user just saved the form. If the status says submitted they used send.
