How to invite hundred plus customers to the customer portal at a time in Jira service management

Hi Team,

One of our client is looking for 100 users to access their customer portal. How can we add the 100 users under Customers at a time. please suggest the best practices to achieve the mentioned functionality.

hi @bhushan ,

What I have done in the past is to create a CSV file with all of the customers emails then you can simply copy and paste it into the add customer box.
