Our Agents are already using 8X8 Contact Center for inbound/ outbound call/messaging.
We are implementing Jira Service Management Cloud/ ITSM to provide our services/manage to our customers/ requesters, so that our Agents can call directly without leaving Issue/ Ticket view to solve the issue.
Does anyone implemented 8X8 Contact Center in JSM. Difference between 8X8 ContactNow and 8X8 Contact Center.

This sounds like an interesting use case. It has been a while and I do not see any update on this. I would like to understand if you were able to implement 8X8 Contact Center for JSM. Also, if you would be kind enough to share the details of how this was achieved.
