Is it possible to prevent the shared target field from being exposed when a customer creates a ticket? Customers must belong to your organization.

Hi @박성민(학해)

You should be able to just remove the field from the Create screen. If you are using a form, then remove it from the form.

Hi @John Funk Thank you for answer :)

I didn't quite understand your answer.

When a customer creates a ticket by selecting a request type
If the customer belongs to an organization
By default, that field is exposed.

I want to make that field invisible.

You can try adding a conditional section to your form based on the value of the Organization field. Not sure that will work with that field as the Organization is probably getting auto-populated. But I know it will work with other fields.
