Hello everyone, I am wondering if it is possible to hide the "(optional)" tag in Jira Service Management when creating an issue.
I am aware that I can change the field to "required" in order to remove the "(optional)" tag, but I have other hidden selections and therefore cannot make the field required. The field needs to remain optional, but I simply do not want to display the "(optional)" label.

Currently this can't be done in Cloud on server/DC tis could be done with the marketplace app" Extension for Jira Service Desk.
The hide options in the app are rather not available in Cloud.
