How to hide statuspage banner from Help Portal based on project permissions

Hi everyone,
We have a JIRA portal that used to be all internal facing but now have one team that will be used to support external customers. I managed to hide all internal projects and externals can only access the one project but the statuspage is still visible. Is there a way to permission our statuspage banner to be only visible to internal teams? The information is not relevant to externals and I'd prefer them to not see it.
