Hello,
We are currently using Jira Service Management and have multiple workflows with detailed internal statuses (e.g. IN PROGRESS, PARTIALLY DELIVERED, READY TO SHIP, IN STAND BY, etc.). These statuses are all technically mapped to the customer request types.
However, in the customer portal (My requests) view, all these internal statuses are visible in the dropdown filter (see screenshot). We'd like to hide certain internal statuses from that list or limit what appears to only a simplified version (e.g. Open, In progress, Resolved).
Is there a way to:
Completely hide specific workflow statuses from the customer view?
Customize the status filter in "My requests" to group or limit what the customer sees?

You should be able to hide statuses by renaming it on each form.
