We just migrated our Helpdesk queue from Halp. We would like to be able to have people in our connected Slack channel type a message and react with the ticket emoji and it automatically create a General Request Issue (without having to interact with the "Raise a Request" message) while also allowing people to use the /assist or /helpdesk commands in the same Slack channel and access multiple request form types. So far the only way I have found to have the ticket emoji automatically create an Issue without coming up with the "Raise a Request" message is to have only one form option enabled for that channel. Is there any way that we can have both of these options at once in the same Slack request channel?
