How to group the parent and child subtasks using filters for standard change and system change

If I understand the question correctly, you would like to search for issues that have subtasks and display both in the search results.

Each issue has a system field called "sub-tasks" that will list all the subtasks Issue Key belongs to an issue. All you need to do is to display the field in the search results.

• Go to Filter - Advanced search issue. Run the JQL to search for issues. Add a condition such as "ORDER BY sub-tasks" so that issues with sub-tasks will be displayed first
• Click an arrow next to the Column that is located on the right side
• Search for Sub-tasks and tick it

In your search result, you should be able to see the value of the Sub-tasks fields if the issue has sub-tasks.
