Who am I: I am on a team-managed project and I am someone who does not have Global permissions.

What do I want to achieve: I want to create customised workflows in my project. I want to have 'edit issue' access and 'transition issue' access. I also want to create customised labels for this specific project. I don't want what I am doing to affect the other projects.

How can you help me (Please): Please could someone help me understand what level of customisation I am able to achieve and if it is possible for my manager to grant me full permissions for one project and no other projects.

Thank you.

Hi Katelyn - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If this is truly a Team-managed project, you just need to have Administrator Access to the project to be able to do the things you want to do.

But be aware that the language you are using in quotes is more inline with Company-managed projects and not Team-managed projects.

Hi John

Thank you so much for your response. Ok I see. Perhaps I have the access I already need. My team are using Jira in a unique way and I was hoping to do some customisations to ensure we get the most value from it. I might be missing something and will dig a bit more to see what I can create.

Thank you again!
