How to go straight to the request type when you click the Portal tab

Hello, I'm going to use the JSM function
User Help page (Portal) successfully created.

I want to set the request type to appear as soon as I press the Portal tab.

set only one request type for one portal

the request type to come up as soon as I tap the portal.

1. Click a tab in the portal

2. As soon as you click it, the request type pops up right away
