In our Cloud JSM project, we are not able to see the reporter's email it only showing the reporter name in Jira issue view. In Jira DC when we hover cursor on reporter it shows the reporter profile along with email ID but that provision is missing in Jira cloud. This is must have feature for us since we have lots of customers in our JSM project and there are multiple users with same name. So, finding the reporter email in such cases is crucial. Appreciate a quick response and solution on this.
