Hi all

I need to be able to add tables and screenshots into rich text fields in forms in JSM. But I can only add tables into jira rich text fields, and they do not allow to add screenshots from the portal.

Do any of you know if there is an app that can help with this? Or if there is an app that help you to organize jira fields like a form (conditional hiding etc.)

Hello @Malene Illum ,
Welcome to the Community !

I suspect that 'yes', JSM form have limited features for the paragraph text in forms (ref Atlassian Forms in JSM). You have to use the JIRA rich text multiline field in JSM portal to have tables and images to be attached.

Few addons (haven't used it, but I know they may have features)
1. Extension for Jira Service Management (by Deviniti)
2. Smartforms - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1227085/smart-forms-for-jira-works-in-jsm-jwm-jpd-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi @Malene Illum

Welcome to the community.

This is nit an option, on a JSM portal attachments (screenshots) can only be added to the attachment field.

Even using Jira custom multi-line rich text fields in a form can accommodate this.

I don't even think 3rd party apps can provide this functionality.
