Dear Jira users,
We are using the Jira Service Desk to provide our customers with support.
We dont have any insights at this moment how many issues have been submitted per organization. We have tried to do this using the Jira Reporting feature, did not look like it is possible. We also can't configure or change anything on the /customers page.
It would be great if we could have an overview like:
Company | Total Issues | Open Issues | Resolved Issues
Company A | 280 | 130 | 150
Company B | 20 | 5 | 15

This is possible maybe not exactly how you want it.
To view all open issues for a company you can click on the 'view open' option on the customers pages in the service desk
