How to get issue Key from a (automation) created task in different project ?

Hi folks,

For Onboarding HR created in their Service project "HR" an issue via a form. So far so good

Whenever the Form in "HR" is transmitted, an automation rule in "HR" is fired and creates some email notifications and creates a task within the "IT" Service project. This works as well.

Within the same automation rule in "HR" I would then like to add a Form in the newly created "IT" task. How can I do this within the "HR" Automatiuon rule ? I failed to get the issue.key for the newly created "IT" issue.

What I don't want is to do another automation within the "IT" project (like: Whenever a newly created issue is here, add form ..."

Hi,

I solved this by my self:

I need to create a new Branchwithin automation, and apply the "HR" Rule so all other projects, where I create a task.
