Please suggest me any automation , to get images /Attachments visibility to customers in JSM , as we are getting the above code instead of image in comment section of Ticket.

If the comment is made public for the customer, they can access the portal to view or download the attachment.
If they don’t have access, or if you want to avoid them going to the portal, you can share the attachment content directly via smart value {{attachment.content}} providing the related URL (e.g. https://demo.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/attachment/content/11182).
