How to get Confluence templates when automating KB creation from JSM ?

Hi,
I am trying to create KB articles for my issue via automation.
However, I am not able to find any option to add templates while setting up the rule.
The templates dropdown doesn't show any templates from Confluence. I can create plain articles in Confluence from JSM via automation, but other than the title, I don't get any other information.
Hope this makes sense.
Please help.
