Hi Atlassian Community,
I've created a filter which is allowing me to get all data (including the time to resolution, based on a SLA) of my tickets.
When I try ta make an extract CSV (current or all fields), the field 'time to resolution' is not visible in the csv file.
I need to get a report with the resolution time for each ticket.
How it's possible?
