How to export customers with their organization in Jira?

Hi All,

I need a way to be able to export all the customers along with their organization in a JSM project. Since this is not an inbuilt functionality, I researched and found Scriptrunner scripts, but they only work with Jira Server while we are on JSM Cloud.

It'd be great if someone can help me out here with a feasible way to complete this task.

You could try out the exporting using the REST APIs

Thanks for your reply. I have never used REST APIs so not sure how to implement/execute that. Could you please elaborate a little more?

Hi @Aman 

REST API enables you to interact with Jira programmatically. But you need to have programming expertise to get started. Perhaps you could ask some developer from your team to help you out.
