How to enable field description visibility in screen tab.

Good evening everyone.

I have a doubt, I would like your help.

In the environment, I added a description to the fields according to the images, but I would like them to be visible, not with a miniature redicence symbol.

Does anyone know how to enable it to have visibility of the entire description, without having to hover over it to see it?

It's not possible to change this. Text is visible only when creating a new issue.

Create a support ticket for Atlassian and request the feature. 
In certain cases, I would like to have help text visible in issue view too.
