How to enable external JSD customers to access JSD?

Hi all! 

I encountered the issue that in my customer's organisation, all of the product owners are set as active, but after opening their profiles, it appears that they are deleted, and they can't access our JSD. Please help since I still haven't found a viable solution!

 

p.s. This occured a few days ago (8.8.2023.)
