I am in the process of configuring the default setup for our JSM for all the users. I need to edit the layout of the default/included queues by adding and removing columns. When I tried to edit them, the changes I made did not carry over to other users.

How do I edit the queues and may it apply to all users?

Hey @Mark R

Queues are global, not individual so the edits you made are not just for you. Are you sure the other users that are viewing the project are viewing the correct queue?

Ok, thanks.

It eventually worked, but took a while. Likely caching issue.

Great, glad it worked! Do you mind marking our answers as accepted so it shows this as resolved to other people in the community?

Thanks!
