Hi Community,

When I change the status from one to another, I need to satisfy the below requirements. It could either be a workflow transition or any. Please help me to sort out this issue.

I'm assuming that when transitioning from one status to another if the "Vacancy Type" matches a certain type you want the further validations to change as per the value?

Jira's out of the box validator doesn't provide this unfortunately, you can opt for the below ways to achieve this:

• Make both fields mandatory for each value, but add a N/A value where ever  you feel the value can be left empty
• Use Jira Automation to validate the transition, and move the issue back to the previous stage if criteria isn't fulfilled
