How to create a user with Credentials and the same user has only Portal access.

User does have only portal access. if the user will login with valid credentials.

Hi @Sreenadh ,

You cannot create users with credentials. You can only invite users by mentioning the email address. To invite a user to your JSM project, go to project --> customers tab in the left side bar

Click Add customer. Once added, customers will receive an invitation email.
