How to create a report or dashboard for Open and Closed count for each Assignee.

I am trying to create a report or dashboard like below.

Tech 1 - 20 Open 30 Closed

Tech 2 - 40 Open 50 Closed

But as far as I searched I dont see any option to create the above in JIRA Service Management. 

Is this possible in JSM? If yes kindly guide me please.

Hi @Vijay K 

Welcome to the community.

  • Go to Dashboards and create new dashboard
  • Add Gadget -> Two Dimensional Statistics.
  • Provide filter and configure dimensions as assignee and status.

That's it.
