How to copy attachments from Jira Service Desk to Jira Software in Project Automation

I am using Project Automation to create an issue from JSD to Jira Software and cannot copy attachments. Here is why, I am not able to copy comments which is where JSD puts the attachment when it comes in from the portal. Also, I see there is a way to do it in Automation, however, I create the Jira Software when I transition to Done in my workflow. Unless, I can add a rule to automation that moves the attachment from comments to the attachment field in JSD (provided there is one...or maybe I create a custom field) and the attachment/custom field into attachments in JSD when I create the issue upon transitioning to Done. Thoughts?
