We have clients generating service requests, which are being linked to asset objects in service management. As part of service, we upload service reports to the service request. I want to be able to see all relevant service reports for an asset from the object view, and not have to view individual linked issues.
How can I copy this attached service report from the issue and upload it onto the linked asset object itself? I've tried to do this using Automation for Jira, but there's no option to add attachment to objects.
I'm aware that it's possible to copy attachments between issues but cannot find anything about copying attachments from an issue to asset object.
