How to control what articles display on the Jira service desk client portal space

Hi everyone,


I am currently in the process of rolling out the service desk. I have linked the confluence space, made it public, set the permissions for article suggestions but for the life of me I cannot find where to set/control the categories and what articles display on the client portal. This is not the request type but the page prior that I want to set and control all articles to display.

This is not the same as the access to the full confluence space and I have searched high and low in community and resources areas. Can anyone help me, please?

I have found the setting that I needed. It is not in the project setting but on the left-hand side of the Project area.

You can limit available pages per request form by using labels.
