How to check and fix configuration problem of project

Hi,

I usually receive a notification "This service project has configuration problems and may not work as expected." and i can link to this problem by click the smart link "View error details and repair the problem"

System show me the guide like "Choose a different user so your automation rules will run as intended". But after that i couldn't choose my user, the list drill down one user that was inactive a month before.

I changed user.

After i type my name and i can choose.
