How to change the project administrator

Hi @吉良広行 , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

It sounds like there is some confusion about the roles in Jira Service Management, which is fair enough. It is kind of confusing.

Basically, the project administrator is not the highest level of permission you can have. That would be the organization admin.

The organization admin can access the site of admin.atlassian.com for your company and controls who can access and manage each product.

For example, if you should be able to access the product level permissions of Jira or Jira Service Management, this is controlled by the admin.atlassian.com site, where you would have the Jira Administration product access added.

If you are trying to manage your portal settings at the level of the whole service desk, it sounds like you need product access to the Jira administrator role.

Please check out these pages and see if it helps you. It seems like you need more permission and, unfortunately, it might be the case that you need to test different permission settings in order to be able to verify what access you need for what you need to do.

I speak for myself here but probably also other champions. Things are changing often and a lot in the cloud so I also struggle to understand what access to advise you. I appreciate your patience while we also try to find the best, most updated information to help you.
