How to change the channel url

Hi all,

Any body know how to change the Help Center url ?

i.e https://1111.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/ to https://3333.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/

Hi @Alex Lee , To change your subdomain you will need to go to:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Products > Product URLs.

3. For the site you want to update, select Update URL.

4. Enter the beginning of the new site URL. You’ll need to enter at least 3 characters. You can use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens if they’re in the middle of the name.

5. Select Continue.

Thank you for your reply, tried your steps, the UpdateURL button is not able to click.

This is because I using free plan?

You are correct, Free licences can't change their URLs
