While importing a CSV containing a few tickets to my project, I accidentally changed the key number. Rather than incrementing in the low thousands, Jira has jumped to more than 5 million. Every time a new ticket is created, it now starts at around 5 million. The difference is visibly shown in the screenshot below. I'm not even sure how I changed this during the CSV import.

You can try to delete all of those and then start over with the CSV.
Hello! The issue is that we were trying to migrate a few tickets over to our Jira project, which already has actual tickets. Unfortunately I cannot delete those actual tickets because they are still open and unresolved by our IT Team.

We've already deleted all the ones that were created by the CSV import, but all new tickets (from actual users) are still incrementing in the millions.

If you have created new work items after you did the import, and can't delete those, then you are pretty much stuck with the level you are at now.
