How to bypass search option in JSD Widget?

In JSD widget if you want open a Table of content and options (pic 2), you have to make query in search (pic 1). Is it possible to somehow make the form open by clicking on the widget button only?

Unfortunately not. When I use this widget once before I did find it annoying that her user had to start typing something before anything appeared. It would be good if you could set default customer request types or most frequent.
