How to bulk resolve/close old tickets

All,

I need to resolve/close all old tickets older then perticuler date in JIRA Service Management.

How can I achecive this?

@Brijesh Pathak - hi Brijesh!

You can search for tickets within your desired date range (using JQL, probably).

Bulk edit those issues. Specifically, transition the issues to a "done" status.

Here are a possible set of steps;

  1. Click "search" (upper-right)
  2. Click Issues
  3. If using a Basic search, pick the project/s you care about
  4. Then, pick "More", then choose "Created" (if you don't see that field) then choose your date range.

After, click "..." then bulk change.
