I want to know how can we write an automation rule to automate the process of creating zoom meeting for an incident with high priority. How can we achieve it?

I am also interested in the same. I've resorted to writing my own script that will auto-create the Zoom meeting and start recording to the cloud, but I would much prefer it get handled by JSM
I'm so sorry but I had originally written using ScriptRunner but eventually decided it wasn't worth the risk that it could break unexpectedly so I canceled my ScriptRunner subscription and that deleted the script.
