How do i merge same issue to view as one ticket ,
Hi @laura_magudha welcome to the community. In the delivered application, I'm not aware of a way to merge tickets. I decided I wouldn't want to merge the tickets on my site anyway, especially if they were reported from multiple people. I'm just picking one and running with that, linking the two together for tracking purposes, and then Resolving the other.
There might be some add on App that would let you do that, but I'm not sure.
