How to auto update the asset objects with the user details from a group in Jira cloud

Hi,

I want to auto update the asset objects with the user group details automatically.

I see automation is not supporting this yet, is there a workaround I can achieve, We have have script runner and JMWE plugins as well if they can help..

How to you see this, all project admins are set in an attribute on the object Project Admin?

This as a single attributes can only have a max of 50 values.

Can you maybe share some additional details on which attributes you're using within this specific Object Type you'd like to automatically fill in?

Are we looking group that is an object and you'd like to get values such as group name, ID, and access type? Or you'd like to get user membership as the structure is based on object = user where you have groups as attributes?

If you could share additional details/screenshots of what you've got + and what's the requirement and use case are, we'll try to see what's possible.

Btw, I'm just going to move this to the JSM product/app group.

Hi @Tomislav Tobijas ,

So, we have the user group named as Project admins and we have ~100 users in that group.

And in the Asset object we have create a object named as Project Admin(same as the user group name) and then we want to capture all the users of the group, (User name and user email) to the Asset object attributes.
